APPG holds AGM to elect new officers

Following the group’s AGM, the APPG for Road Freight and Logistics is delighted to announce the election of two new Vice Chairs, Antonia Bance MP and Ian Roome MP. Following the Group’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 25th November, the APPG’s officers for the next year are as:

  • Rachel Taylor MP, Labour MP for North Warwickshire and Bedworth - Chair

  • Lord Taylor of Holbeach - Vice Chair

  • Antonia Bance MP - Vice Chair

  • Ian Roome MP - Vice Chair

During the AGM, Rachel Taylor MP launched the Delivering Inclusion: Strengthening Diversity in UK Freight and Logistics report.

Over the past year, the APPG has held session on freight crime, movement to and from the EU, and diversity in the logistics workforce.

The group looks forward to continuing to campaign on these issues.
